Ronald Gardner is an accomplished business leader with a robust background in the insurance and automotive industries. Since 2010, he has served as the CEO and President of The Rosemark Group, where he has played a pivotal role in steering the company towards growth and innovation in the F&I (Finance and Insurance) products sector.

With extensive experience as a Chief Operating Officer, Ron has developed a strong reputation for his expertise in negotiation, budgeting, business planning, and operations management. His entrepreneurial spirit and strategic insight have been instrumental in driving The Rosemark Group's success in a competitive market.

Ron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. This academic foundation has equipped him with the financial acumen necessary to navigate complex business environments and make informed decisions that enhance operational efficiency.

In addition to his leadership at The Rosemark Group, Ron has recently acquired the Rosemark Warranty Services brand, further expanding the company’s offerings and solidifying its position as a trusted third-party administrator (TPA) within the F&I provider industry. This strategic move underscores his commitment to delivering exceptional products and services that meet the evolving needs of clients and consumers alike.

Through his vision and dedication, Ronald Gardner continues to make significant contributions to the F&I products landscape, driving innovation and fostering partnerships that enhance the value provided to customers and stakeholders.

Reed serves as Director of Reinsurance at Rosemark WarrantyServices, where he oversees financial performance, analyze risk, and ensures compliance for both agent-owned and dealer-owned insurance companies. Reed brings a strong background in various areas of the F&I business including customer service, claims adjudication, compliance, new product development, and underwriting.

Prior to joining Rosemark, Reed worked for 12 years in finance and logistics for a global humanitarian organization,both in the US and abroad, where he arranged and tracked the shipment of humanitarian aid to over 22 countries.

Rhonda joined Rosemark as Director of Administration in September 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in project management and administrative operations for major organizations.

Prior to Rosemark, Rhonda spent 12 years leading teams within the Menu and F&I Administration System space. Her expertise lies at the intersection of process optimization, client implementations, and complex data migration.

At Rosemark, she oversees administrative operations, project coordination, and compliance—working closely with the leadership team to ensure our internal systems are perfectly aligned with the company’s ambitious growth trajectory.

With over 18 years of experience in the F&I sector of the Automotive Industry along with a background as an Automotive Technician, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge to the Rosemark team as our Director of Claims.

Sam’s track record includes scaling claims operations for a major F&I Provider and spearheading the expansion of new claims offices across North America.

At Rosemark, Sam leverages this deep operational oversight and technical expertise to ensure our claims processing is as accurate and fair as it is efficient. Under his leadership, we remain dedicated to balancing rigorous risk mitigation with a first-class experience for every contract holder and stakeholder.
